Ms Gilligan started her teaching career in 2008 as an English teacher, her passion for educating pupils to achieve to the best of their ability has made working in Catholic education her vocation.

Previously, Ms Gilligan was a Head of English, Senior Leader, Specialist Leader of Education and now Headteacher at All Saints Catholic College.

Ms Gilligan’s vision for All Saints is one of inclusion where all pupils in the school community strive for excellence and to become the best version of themselves.

Ms Gilligan is committed to the ongoing development of the school so that pupils can overcome barriers they may face through the strong foundations of education, faith and family.

Mrs McGuirk is passionate about the science of learning and breaking down barriers to learning in the classroom. She has taught Physics and Chemistry for the past 30 years. Over the last 12 years she has proudly served two highly successful academies as Headteacher and is an experienced leader in education. In her free time, Mrs McGuirk loves hill walking, cycling, travelling and reading. Mrs McGuirk’s current role is Deputy Headteacher at All Saints Catholic College, leading on the Quality of Education. She is enthusiastic and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead at All Saints Catholic College as school, parents and parishes work together to support our pupils to succeed on their chosen path.

Mr Jones

Curricukum and Assessment

Mr Jones, joined All Saints Catholic College in September 2023 as the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Curriculum and Assessment, his role at All Saints involves reporting to parents, analysing data, exams and timetabling. In his previous role, Mr Jones was the Head of Maths in an inner-city high school. Mr Jones is a passionate maths teacher that believes that problem solving should be at the core of lessons, with the aim that all students can succeed and love learning. Outside school, Mr Jones enjoys playing different sports, specifically: rock climbing, playing football, badminton and running.

Ms McGladdery

Key Stage 3 Behaviuor Standards

Ms McGladdery completed her degree in Business Management and she spent a small period of time in the public sector. She wanted to give others the opportunities that she had been given and experienced and embarked on a career in teaching. Ms McGladdery completed her PGCE in secondary Mathematics and she has never looked back. Her teaching career began in Tameside in 2007; she has worked at 3 secondary schools before joining All Saints Catholic College in June 2024. Ms McGalddery has been a Lead Practitioner of Maths, Assistant Director of Maths, Professional Mentor, House System Coordinator and Curriculum Leader for Maths. She is delighted to have joined All Saints as Assistant Head leading on Behaviour Standards for Key Stage 3. Her passion for helping our pupils achieve on their chosen path whilst becoming responsible members of our community is pivotal. Our school prayer starts with "Inspire us to be excellent in all we do" and she believes that it is a privilege to work with the young people of All Saints who inspire her to be excellent every day.

Safeguarding and Attendance

Ms Fox is extremely proud to have been working at All Saints Catholic College since 2016 and joined the Senior Leadership Team in 2024 as the leader of Safeguarding and Attendance. She started her teaching journey at All Saints Catholic College and holds the school values very close to her. Ms Fox began to pursue her love for the creative arts when she left secondary school, which led her to earn a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from Salford University. She is extremely passionate about pupils having access to creative subjects to help develop the broader dimensions of the human being – mind, body and soul. Her belief is that all pupils can achieve no matter their starting point or background. All pupils deserve to have a caring pastoral network in school who can guide and support them through their school life helping them to achieve their future goals and dreams.

Mr Flynn

Key Stage 4 Behaviour Standrds

Mr Flynn qualified as a PE teacher in 2006 after a brief spell of playing professional Rugby Union. He began his teaching career in the subject of PE at a secondary school in Colne. However, quickly found himself working as CEIAG lead in the school. Mr Flynn soon progressed to working within the pastoral team as a Head of Year. This was a role that he thoroughly enjoyed; it enabled a positive impact on a pupil's life, forming positive relationships with pupils in his care and their families. Following many years of working as a Head of Year, he was promoted onto the Senior Leadership Team in 2020 in a role of Director of Pupil Support and Inclusion. He had the responsibility of leading the pastoral team, whilst working closely with the SENDCO ensuring the best possible outcomes for pupils, both academically and pastorally. Within this role he became the Designated Safeguarding Lead of the school. He is delighted to have joined All Saints in June 2024 as Assistant Head leading on Behaviour Standards for Key Stage 4. He is passionate about watching and supporting pupils in his care to flourish in all aspects of school life and beyond, by letting "all their bright colours shine".

Ms Hitchen

Ms Hitchen began teaching in 2012 and has worked within the Corpus Christi Trust since 2018, she studied English with Cultural Studies at The University of Salford and then went on the complete a PGCE in Secondary and Post Compulsory Education at Edge Hill University. Ms Hitchen is a Cluster Leader and Specialist Leader of Careers Education for Greater Manchester; she began her career working with pupils in Tameside and is humbled yet excited to be able to give back to the community once again. Ms Hitchen is passionate about inclusion and supporting all through their journey at All Saints and beyond, preparing for life through the wider world, PSHE and Careers curriculum.

Ms Platt

Mrs Platt’s career began in Social Care where she worked across Youth Justice and Children's homes for 9 years. She began teaching in 2010 and have worked in both mainstream and specialist primary school settings. Mrs Platt has also worked for the Special Educational Needs department at Tameside Local Authority where she developed experience of EHCPs and Statutory SEN processes. Mrs Platt is extremely passionate about inclusion and supporting learners with special educational needs. It is her belief that, in order to shape the world, we need to celebrate differences and teach our communities to value and respect everyone. Mrs Platt is excited to be here at All Saints Catholic College, to support all pupils to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.
